BeerWalks

My name is Christoffer and I started BeerWalks in April 2021.

My passion is craft beer, storytelling and city walks!

The idea for BeerWalks came about in March 2020 during the first Covid-19 shutdown. I explored Copenhagen with walks under the city lights – while enjoying cold beers from Mikkeller and the Bornholm breweries.

I invited friends on these very special evening winter walks while telling stories about the area, the breweries and the beers. The feedback was: “This is cool, relaxed and more fun than the Covid-19 couch!”.

I am proud to to present BeerWalks in collaboration with some of the best breweries in Denmark: Mikkeller, Amager Bryghus, ÅBEN, Too Old To Die Young, Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri, Small Batch Bornholm, Beer Here, Penyllan, Svaneke Bryghus and OY Brewing (more to come).

You can join a BeerWalk in Copenhagen,  Aarhus, on Bornholm and the Faroe Islands (more locations to come)

Our BeerWalks is a perfect way to explore the city , meet new people as well as tasting Danish world-class craft beer, all outdoors, all year round.

BeerWalks takes a social responsibility by hiring marginalized people under Project Social Frikort for larger tasks, just as all can deposits are passed on under Copenhagen Municipality’s project “Pass on the can/bottle deposits”
