Experience Vesterbro and Danish Craft Beer
Join a cozy guided walking tour infused with beer tastings through the vibrant streets of Vesterbro. A local guide will lead you on an approximately 3 km route where local knowledge and a passion for beer meet in stories about the area’s development, covering everything from industrialization to the present day. The transformation has been wild!
The tour combines personal storytelling and social atmosphere with 6–7 stops under the open sky. Along the way, we will sample beers from Mikkeller, Amager Bryghus, and the ÅBEN brewery.
Draft Beer and Locally Brewed Beer from WarPigs
As a special feature on these winter tours, you will also taste draft beer from Mikkeller’s very first bar, as well as from WarPigs in the Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), where the beer is brewed on-site. You even get to take your tasting glass home as a souvenir.
We conclude the tour at La Neta, where there is plenty of opportunity to continue the cozy vibes with food and more beers (must be booked together with the tour).

La Neta
La Neta came to Copenhagen to bring the authentic flavor of a Mexican taquería to Denmark. Since opening their first location in Stockholm in 2009, the first authentic taquería in Northern Europe, the mission has been simple: to serve genuine Mexican street food, just like you would find it in Mexico.
In Mexican slang, la neta means “the truth,” and that is exactly what La Neta stands for: fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and an uncompromising dedication to authenticity in every single taco, quesadilla, and salsa served.

Itinerary

Start: We begin at the BeerWalks store at Istedgade 58.

Tour: From there, the tour explores Vesterbro with scheduled outdoor stops, including the Meatpacking District (Kødbyen).
