Copenhagen Craft BeerWalk on Vesterbro

While you hear the history and colorful tales of Vesterbro on this BeerWalk, you’ll also taste beers from a handful of Denmark’s best breweries as you walk from Viktoriagade to Kødbyen.

On our BeerWalk around Vesterbro, you’ll sample beers from Mikkeller, Amager Bryghus, ÅBEN, Too Old to Die Young, and Seagrove Public, while learning about the neighborhood’s transformation from a poor working-class area to the trendy district it is today.

You’ll also hear the stories behind the breweries themselves. Some are brand new, others have been around for years, but they all brew exceptional beers.

All of this takes place with our local guide, who combines the best of a city walk and a beer tasting over the course of approximately 2½ hours, creating a memorable experience.

Good to know

• There is a maximum of 20 participants on the tour, ensuring everyone has a good experience
• The language is chosen based on the participants. The tour is conducted in English if there are foreign participants—otherwise Danish. Questions can always be asked in either Danish or English
• Toilet breaks are, of course, included during the tour
• Dress according to the weather, BeerWalk takes place outdoors
• You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol of any kind on the tour
• BeerWalk is not suitable for those with walking difficulties
• If fewer than 7 people register, BeerWalk reserves the right to cancel the tour
• In the case of inappropriate behavior, the guide reserves the right to terminate the tour for the individual in question
• You must be 18 years old to participate
