Terms and Conditions

A booking is binding for both the participants and BeerWalks as soon as the participants have paid for the booking.
For daily tours booked through the website, a booking confirmation and a ‘Welcome Information’ email will automatically be sent once the booking is complete. If you do not receive an email within 2 hours, please contact us to ensure that no problems occurred during the booking process.
If you are booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to pass on all critical information to the participants.

Weather Conditions


We operate tours in all weather conditions. Remember to dress appropriately; no cancellations are made due to the weather.

Arrival Time

Guests must arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour to ensure everyone is present. Tours begin promptly as stated, and we cannot wait for late arrivals.

Physical Requirements

Participants must be able to walk up to 5 km (3 miles) at a reasonable pace.

BeerWalks Booked Through the Website

If your BeerWalk is canceled, you can choose between a refund, a gift card, or rescheduling. We cannot guarantee that rescheduling will be possible.

If you notify us that you cannot attend a BeerWalk more than 24 hours before the start, we offer a gift card instead.

If you arrive late, do not show up, or wish to reschedule your BeerWalk within 24 hours of the planned departure time (Copenhagen local time), you can contact us at info@beerwalks.dk or +45 2090 6620 to check our availability. Should BeerWalks be available, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 100 DKK per booking.

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 2 weeks before the event.
• Cancellations made between 1 and 2 weeks before the event will be charged 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 1 week before the event will be charged 100%.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.

If you have booked through a third party, you must contact them directly for changes or cancellations.

Tour descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Every tour is personal and unique, depending on the guide, local traffic, and weather conditions. Therefore, BeerWalks does not guarantee that specific sights will be visited.

By participating in our tours, you consent to photos, videos, or other recordings of you being taken by other participants or our guides. You grant us full permission to use these images for marketing or other purposes without obligation or compensation.

Participation in our tours is at the participant’s own risk. Participants are liable for any damage caused to persons or materials by themselves.

Complaints regarding BeerWalks’ services must be submitted in writing to info@BeerWalks.dk within seven days of the tour’s completion.

In case of a dispute, if no agreement can be reached through negotiation, disputes will be settled under Danish law.
